| Question 4: BCAA'S Facts? |
(Posted: 6th May, 2009) |
Answer: These are the essential aminos leucine, isoleucine, and valine.
Although these supplements have been around for a long time and the scientific understanding in the exercise performance benefits of BCAA supplementation is rich many people don't know exactly how they exert their effects or how and when to use them properly.
You probably know that amino acids are the building blocks of protein. When you eat a protein food, it gets digested in the stomach and intestine into individual amino acids and short chains of amino acids that are small enough to be absorbed into the bloodstream. These amino acids have far reaching effects in the body from building tissues, to producing chemicals that enable our brains to function optimally.*
What Is The Difference Between Essential and Non-Essential Amino Acids?
Essential amino acids cannot be made by the body. You must get them from complete protein foods or combinations of incomplete vegetable foods. There are 9 essential amino acids: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, and valine. Your body can make non-essential amino acids by itself from vitamins and other amino acids.
The term "non-essential" can be misleading since all amino acids are essential for proper metabolism and certain non-essential amino acids, such as glutamine, become very essential. The 13 non-essential amino acids are alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, cysteine, cystine, glutamic acid, glutamine, glycine, hydroxyproline, proline, serine, & tyrosine.
The essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) are of special importance for athletes because they are metabolized in the muscle, rather than in the liver. Here's how this works: After digestion once protein is broken down into individual amino acids these aminos can either be used to build new proteins or be burned as fuel to produce energy |

| Question 5: If there are 9 essential amino's, why does this product only contain the 3? And is there any ideal time to take? e.g pre/post. Cheers? |
(Posted: 27th August, 2009) |
| Answer: BCAA's are 3 of the 9 essential amino acids. They make up over 20% of the amino acid pool in the mucle tissue so that is why some people choose to use them in higher amounts along with the other essential aminos. For full protein synthesis in the body all 9 essentials must be present. |

| Question 6: Any idea how long before recreate is back in stock? |
(Posted: 22nd Oct, 2009) |
Answer: Hi Adrian,
USP Labs are currently going through the licensing process with all of their products, so we don't have an exact eta sorry. Hopefully it will be within the next two months but we can't say for sure.
If you are looking for another thermogenic, our most popular sellers are Thermalene Extreme by Syn-Tec, PyrogenX by Horleys or Hydroxycut Hardcore.
Thanks |

| Question 7: Can hydroxycut max be used with fat stop capsules? |
(Posted: 28th Oct, 2009) |
Answer: HI - it can but you are probably just wasting your money as they are both designed to do the same thing. Which in turn doesnt mean you will those "more". If you are wanting to lose body fat and already have the fat stop we would recommend stacking the D-toxilean or Acetyl L-carnitine as thats what we all do here for a great fat loss combo.
Hope this helps... |

| Question 8: Can A-bomb,T-bomb,Leukic,Gakic, Hydrocycut be taken all together? |
(Posted: 2nd Dec, 2009) |
| Answer: Hi. It is fine for these products to be taken together. A-Bomb and Leukic are both Anabolic activators. So I wouldn’t double up on this supplement. It would be fine to take T-Bomb, A-Bomb, Gakic and Hydroxycut together. Hydroxycut is a thermogenic, so as long as your water intake is kept up it should be fine. |

| Question 9: Hey just wondering if this is a good stack for lean muscle and weightloss syn-tec synthesis, glyco whey, syn-tec cla-1000, zinadrol, syn-tec bcaa and syn-tec vitaguard or should something more be added or taken out help appreciated cheers? |
(Posted: 18th Jan, 2010) |
| Answer: This is a good combination of supplements for the goals you are wishing to achieve. The two proteins you are using are perfect, synthesis morning and night and the glyco whey post training. The only other supplement i might suggest taking a look at would be a test booster such as Andro jacked by Syn-Tec to help with strength gains and help lean muscle mass but other then that you are on the right track. |
