Answer: Yes. It is a slow release prtein which is great for dieting but also keeps blood amino acids high to repair muscle tissue throughout the day.

Answer: I spoke with international today. They said their WPI, WPC, egg and the new milk protein in the new (purple label) Synergy 5 are all cold processed.

Answer: Taste is subjective. However Synergy 5 is very popular and personally I like the taste even on water.

Answer: There is NO creatine in International Protein Syntergy 5.
