| Question 2: HI, I am 165cm tall, 50kg.... Was thinking if i have this protein 3 times a day, shake in the morning + breakfast, after workout + one banana + lunch , and before dinner. Will this increase my lean muscle mass? or i will stack on Fat? I am looking for a lean muscle mass... not to BULK up but increase my current lean muscle size say 25% of the current size? |

| Answer: Eat small regular meals with equal portions of (low GI) carbs for Breakfast, Dinner and Lunch. Have a protein shake mid morning and mid afternoon (WPI is ok) and I would have a piece of fruit here too. Post training ramp up your carb intake say 2 banana's with your shake and/or have your shake on Rice milk to increase your glycogen replenishment. Carb before and after training are essential to maximise growth whilst no sabotaging the waist line. |
