| Question 2: Could you recomend a good quality WPI with 5 to 10 grms of carbs per serve? |

| Answer: Most WPI has no carbs per serve. You can add them in through fruit or even better use Carbo Plex or Extreme carbs. The closest fit from one protein would be Mass monster which gives you 11g of Carbs and 23g of protein. Also very nice tasting powder. |

| Question 3: Would you say that Optimum Whey Gold Standard 100% Protein is more of an isolate or concentrate? if it wpi then would wpc would you recomend to go with it? |

Its a whey protein 50/50.
its depend if you like to have a protein that is going to be more long lasting in your system ei. (longer digestive time)
or if you like a protein that is fast absorbent (short digestive time) after your training or as a whey protein that have both wpi and wpc. if you are going to have a protein that you are going to take throughout the hole day i would recommend the optimum its also good value for money, good tasting, easy mixing etc.

| Answer: It would be perfect to use ON Gold Standard Whey in the morning and after training. Crossfire would be good for before bed. |

| Answer: Not requirmended for any sort of weight gain. You need a product that is higher caloire - so something like Maximus or Awesome Mass would be better options. |

| Answer: There are side effects when consuming anything to excess. Normally for people who are using protein to increase lean mass they will increase protein consumption from 1.8-2g of protein per kilo of bodyweight with no adverse side effects. |

USP Labs are currently going through the licensing process with all of their products, so we don't have an exact eta sorry. Hopefully it will be within the next two months but we can't say for sure.

| Question 10: Can hydroxycut max be used with fat stop capsules? |

Answer: HI - it can but you are probably just wasting your money as they are both designed to do the same thing. Which in turn doesnt mean you will those "more". If you are wanting to lose body fat and already have the fat stop we would recommend stacking the D-toxilean or Acetyl L-carnitine as thats what we all do here for a great fat loss combo.

| Answer: Hi. It is fine for these products to be taken together. A-Bomb and Leukic are both Anabolic activators. So I wouldn’t double up on this supplement. It would be fine to take T-Bomb, A-Bomb, Gakic and Hydroxycut together. Hydroxycut is a thermogenic, so as long as your water intake is kept up it should be fine. |
