| Question 2: Could you recomend a good quality WPI with 5 to 10 grms of carbs per serve? |

| Answer: Most WPI has no carbs per serve. You can add them in through fruit or even better use Carbo Plex or Extreme carbs. The closest fit from one protein would be Mass monster which gives you 11g of Carbs and 23g of protein. Also very nice tasting powder. |

| Question 3: Would you say that Optimum Whey Gold Standard 100% Protein is more of an isolate or concentrate? if it wpi then would wpc would you recomend to go with it? |

Answer: Hi
Its a whey protein 50/50.
its depend if you like to have a protein that is going to be more long lasting in your system ei. (longer digestive time)
or if you like a protein that is fast absorbent (short digestive time) after your training or as a whey protein that have both wpi and wpc. if you are going to have a protein that you are going to take throughout the hole day i would recommend the optimum its also good value for money, good tasting, easy mixing etc.
