Answer: Each Capsule contains:
Green tea 1600mg
White willow Bark 1500mg
Yerba Mate 16mg
HCA's 1600mg
Citrus Aurantium 735g
Chromium Nictinate 8mcg
L-Tyrosine 16mg
capsicum 8mg
Dry Ginger 8mg
Yes this will work well with the Horleys ripped. |

| Answer: Depends, the powder is a WPI protein with a thermogenic laced into it while th caps are just the thermogenic by itself. |
