Create by Musashi is a powdered free form Amino complex blend containing the 8 Essential Amino Acids with L-Arginine. Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) are the Amino Acids that must be supplied from a dietary source as the body does not manufacture these like it does non essential Amino Acids. Restricted or inadequate diets can affect the dietary intake of these EAAs therefore often supplementation is used as a means of supplying these nutrients. Deficiencies in EAAs can lead to loss of muscle tissue or tone, and ingestion of EAAs may assist with the maintenance hair, skin and nails, while also supporting immune function.
How to use: Take 1.5 level metric teaspoons (approx 4.1g) mixed in 100ml of water either prior to, or immediately following a workout. Shake well and enjoy. Can also be taken straight from the teaspoon and washed down with water.
